Kwame Owusu Fordjuor who is the initiator of one of the nation’s most controversial award schemes has apparently been arrested.

Mr. Fordjuor is the coordinator for the notorious ‘Worldwide Blueprint Excellence Awards’ which has been described by numerous individuals as a scam following disclosures that it had no connection with the United Nations (UN) as he had promoted.
